- Include contact name, phone number, and due date
- Your file should be less than 20MB

What files do we accept?
- We prefer PDF files so as to minimize any font, image, text, or formatting complications.
- JPG or .JPEG with image resolution of 300 dpi or higher
- TIFF or PNG files may also be printed.
- Files printed in Color must be saved in CMYK color mode. Files submitted RGB or with Pantone colors will need to be converted to CMYK or colors may not be printed well.
What does a bleed mean?
Does your design include images, text, or graphics that extends off the edge of the finished piece? This is known as “bleed.” To accommodate bleeds, your files should be designed with an additional 1/8″ (.125) on all sides beyond the final trim size. For instance, if you’re ordering an 8.5″ x 11″ print, the file should be sized at 8.75″ x 11.25″. Please note that including bleed may increase the cost of your print job.
Why are my photos blurry?
Although your computer screen may handle low-resolution images effectively, they can appear pixelated, blurry, or jagged when printed. For optimal print quality, a resolution of at least 300 dpi is recommended for JPGs. Files with resolutions below 300 dpi can still be printed, but the outcome may not be as sharp or clear.

What's with the name Happy Frog?
To understand why, we need to go back in time. The owner, Rose-Marie, has adored frogs since she was a little girl. There was a frog pond behind her aunt’s house and reminded her of the book A Boy, a Dog, and a Frog by Mercer Mayer for its simplicity and charm. As a kid, she also enjoyed reading Ranger Rick magazine, where she read a rather amusing article claiming that frogs have no feelings and can’t be happy or sad. This quirky notion didn’t sit well with her, and the memory stuck. That’s how Happy Frog Ink came to be—proof that frogs, and Rose-Marie’s sense of humor, have a lot more heart than anyone realized!
